Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
If you are searching for a therapist because you are laying awake at night worrying about your child being fearful, nervous, irritable, crying easily and frequently, seemingly traumatized by and event, having a hard time completing daily activities like homework, household chores or the fact that your child’s teacher contacting you frequently, I may be able to provide some relief for the distress these things may be causing you, your child and your family.

The practice of art therapy works in the language of metaphors and images, providing a window into the important messages needing to be communicated to resolve dilemmas showing up.

I accept PPO insurance with all insurance companies which covers out-of-network providers. Please contact Stacey Flynn at (949) 419-5700, who will verify your benefits prior to our first session and make it easy and convenient for you to use your PPO insurance to help cover the cost of therapy sessions.

At the core of many personal issues lie old messages of your sense of worth. Those messages conveyed to you while growing-up that minimized your self-esteem. The journey inward toward your past can often be frightening and disheartening. By slowly revisiting the wounded part of yourself, old repetitive behaviors can cease to exist. A new sense of kindness toward yourself will begin to emerge. Allow me to travel with you to discover what is buried deep inside of your soul, exploring what keeps you from becoming all that you want to be.
