Personal Statement:
Serving adults, couples, and adolescents, my goal is to support you and help you make real change, whether in getting through a difficult current situation or breaking patterns that keep you from living a more fulfilling life. Common issues that bring people to therapy include relationship problems, work-related stress, feeling stuck in a rut, addiction issues, and intense worrying or sadness. Being able to talk about these difficult subjects in a warm, welcoming space can help you find peace. Should you be struggling with creative issues, I've spent years in the entertainment industry as a writer and am familiar with the emotional pressures of that field. Regardless of your background, I believe that working together we can you help make the positive changes you're looking for. As I want to make sure I am the right fit for you, I offer a free in-person initial consultation. Should we proceed forward, I'm able to receive partial reimbursement from many insurance providers. It's my hope to find a fee that works for both of us.
