Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
I specialize in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), focusing on the relationship between the parent and child. In addition, I work with children and adolescents individually, adults and groups. I utilize a psychodynamic approach within a family systems framework. I employ a positive outlook with all clients. My office is conveniently located on Fillmore Street.

I received my BA from Stanford University and my MA in Counseling Psychology from the University of San Francisco, where I was a Graduate Merit Scholar. I received my post-graduate training at Family Service Agency of Marin.

In addition to my clinical work, I am an instructor for Gerry Grossman Seminars, which offers exam preparation and continuing education classes for therapists. I also offer BBS application review and individual tutoring for interns preparing for the licensing exams.
