Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
Through working closely with people on their healing journeys over the past decade, I have a profound respect for the unique growth process of each individual. I enjoy creating a safe space for us to look together at whatever is arising for you so that you can connect more deeply with all parts of yourself and discover the wealth of resources that live within you. It has been my experience that this compassionate exploration allows people to develop a more loving and trusting relationship with themselves and others and that with increased awareness and self-acceptance comes deep healing and transformation. You can find out more about the services I offer on my website:

If you have any questions, or would like to discuss setting up an initial meeting, feel free to call me at 415.820.1433. I look forward to connecting with you.
