Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
Are you feeling overwhelmed at home, at work, or in your relationships? Often times, this can lead to sadness, worry, anger, even confusion. This could be a challenging time for you. I understand these issues and would like to help. I provide counseling within a safe, supportive, caring environment. It is possible to achieve the clarity and the happiness you desire. Please call me today to start the process of growth and healing.

I specialize in helping women reach their full potential. What I have found is that most of us possess what it takes to lead a fulfilling life but often times these parts of us remain untapped or buried under painful experiences. To get to our true self can take some effort. It may involve learning to be more assertive, questioning existing beliefs, or facing the fact that you have strengths and limitations. The end result is feeling more comfortable in your own skin, which in turn allows you to feel more peace, clarity and connection to ourselves and others.

I have helped hundreds of couples recognize the hidden obstacles that cause pain in their relationship and learn the skills needed to deepen the quality of their relationship as well as resolve conflict. For over twenty five years I have been working with heterosexual and gay couples. I do not believe in a one -size- fits- all approach to therapy.
