Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
I practice an eclectic approach to psychotherapy. I do not believe in a "one size fits all" therapeutic approach. My style is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, I work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain personal growth.

I special in Bereavement and Addiction. I often work with people facing life transitions, loss, "endings" that ultimately lead to "beginings". I am also and animal lover and as such can closely relate to people who's lives have been enriched as a result of the close bond with their pets.
