Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
Hey parents and caregivers! Are you about to rip your hair out because your teen is not respecting your limits? Or are you concerned about your over achieving teen; they're isolating and constantly worried about their scholarly achievements? Well, now is the time to reach out. I specialize in working with teens and their families during this challenging time of identity formation and search for independence. I aim to offer support to parents while teaching teens to communicate in order to avoid isolation and further conflict. Millennials I'm talking to you! Are you feeling stuck or like you're on a scavenger hunt called life? Let me help you dig deep to make meaning and gain fulfillment in the life you have or want to get. It can be difficult to find the words to express yourself. I'm a Registered Art Therapist, which incorporates the creative process by using the visual image to externalize and explore the problem that you are facing. Fun fact; you do NOT have to be an artist to participate! Now serving; Rancho Bernardo, Poway, Scripps and Mission Valley. Please visit my website: allisonpatch.com for additional information about the services I provide.

Phillip Copitch, PhD
Phillip Copitch, PhD

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Redding, CA 96001

Approximately half of Dr. Copitch's practice involves children and families. The other half is devoted to individual therapy. And, as Dr. Copitch often jokes, "the third half of my work is devoted to school consultations, business consultations, and corporate trainings."
