Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
Sometimes when life throws us a curve ball, or when we are dealing with a more chronic, ongoing challenge, talking to a therapist can help us see our inner strengths and abilities which can help us successfully navigate through these challenging times. Talking to a therapist can also help us push ourselves to reach even greater personal goals. I work with individuals, couples, and families to help them discover and utilize their personal inner strengths, and strengths within their relationships, to help guide them through challenges and towards their goals. I have much experience working with adolescents and children as well. I specialize in depression and bi-polar symptoms, anxiety, relationship challenges, co-dependency and other ACA-related issues, spirituality issues, and issues in adolescents and children.

Featured Therapist

Barbara Witney, MA
Donna Yorke, M.A.

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Temecula, CA

I’ve been in private practice in Temecula since 1990. I work with individuals, couples and families on a variety of issues, using a straight-forward approach to problem solving. While I listen with empathy, I am an “active” therapist, meaning I make suggestions, give direction and homework to partner with my clients so they can solve their problems in a timely, effective manner.
