Personal Statement:
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I enjoy counseling adults, children, adolescents, couples and families. I take pleasure in empowering clients in their journey of growth and self-discovery, as together, we explore ways to deal with life challenges, including relationship issues, communication issues, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, assertiveness, anger, parenting solutions, self-care, life transitions, career stress, sexual assault trauma, and grief and loss. My approach to psychotherapy has a humanistic base, client centered, with liberal use of eclectic therapies as needed. Together, we will face your life challenges and turn them into opportunities for insight, self-awareness and growth in order to uncover greater satisfaction in life.
