Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
As a retired military Veteran, I understand the stigma that sometimes comes along with going to therapy, but something inside has urged you to look for something or you wouldn't be reading this. Let's be real, everyone goes through difficult times in life that can make us feel "crazy." Sometimes talking with friends and family just isn't enough and we find ourselves needing more support. My professional goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental environment and to help you make sense of the craziness and chaos in your life. I have experience working with families, couples, and individuals for various issues including addiction, depression, anxiety, trauma, and relational issues. I am trained in EMDR Therapy, which can be used to help you move beyond whatever is hindering you from truly enjoying your life and reaching your true potential. Stop the google searches for cheap therapy in Riverside...Effective Therapy in Riverside can be affordable! Call or email me today to take the first step toward a better tomorrow.

At the core of many personal issues lie old messages of your sense of worth. Those messages conveyed to you while growing-up that minimized your self-esteem. The journey inward toward your past can often be frightening and disheartening. By slowly revisiting the wounded part of yourself, old repetitive behaviors can cease to exist. A new sense of kindness toward yourself will begin to emerge. Allow me to travel with you to discover what is buried deep inside of your soul, exploring what keeps you from becoming all that you want to be.
