Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
Are you seeking more peace and joy in your life? Do you wish to find greater meaning in the challenges you've experienced? I am excited to support you along your journey! I am a licensed MFT and a spiritual counselor with more than a decade of counseling experience, helping people tune into and trust their intuitive wisdom. When we quiet our thoughts, we can better hear our own Divine guidance. My role is to be a compassionate presence, offering questions, observations, and Eastern and Western spiritual tips to support your Soul. I specialize in affordable, brief therapy (12 sessions or less) and have an expertise in cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness, which research shows can ease anxious and depressive symptoms. I also am trained in an integrative model of dream interpretation. I assist with a variety of issues, including: stress/anxiety, life transitions, sadness/grief, health, purpose, parenthood, and relationships. I enjoy working with people who seek a spiritual perspective on their life experiences. I counsel individual adults, premarital and newly married couples (I have 7 years' experience as a premarital counselor), and parents of young children. Please contact me for a free, 15-minute phone consultation. I look forward to connecting with you!

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Temecula, CA

I’ve been in private practice in Temecula since 1990. I work with individuals, couples and families on a variety of issues, using a straight-forward approach to problem solving. While I listen with empathy, I am an “active” therapist, meaning I make suggestions, give direction and homework to partner with my clients so they can solve their problems in a timely, effective manner.
