Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
I believe that the primary aspect of change in therapy is through the therapeutic relationship. Life presents us with many challenges that often lead us off our path. We may need help or support to make different decisions to get ourselves back on track. I also believe that each individual usually has the answers within themselves and through taking the time to reflect and process issues we can usually find what we need.
