Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
You’re overwhelmed by anxiety. You’ve almost given up trying to understand your teen or your partner. You’re ready to create a life you love, you just don’t know how to begin. I specialize in helping teens, young adults, and parents who are struggling with their emotions and their relationships, to break free of the patterns that no longer serve them, and find a life of meaning and joy. What’s it like to work with me? Therapy with me is a collaborative process. Together we will identify your strengths, and use them to create a plan to achieve your goals. I am solution-oriented; I will keep you focused on your goals, and I will make sure you have the tools to achieve them. What will happen? You will learn to understand and manage your emotions. You will get the tools you need to build strong and healthy relationships. You will clarify your values and find your path to joy and abundance. I understand that choosing a therapist can be confusing and overwhelming. Please call me for a free 20-minute consultation and see if we are a good fit to work together. I look forward to hearing from you!
