Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
As a relationship-focused therapist, I work with you to examine and assess troubling relationship patterns, struggles and/or feeling stuck. I believe in treating the whole person: bio-psycho-social-spiritual, whereby if one part is suffering, the other parts are as well, despite not being immediately obvious. I strive to provide a safe, supportive and encouraging environment to individuals, couples, children and families.

Featured Therapist

Barbara Witney, MA
Donna Yorke, M.A.

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Temecula, CA

I’ve been in private practice in Temecula since 1990. I work with individuals, couples and families on a variety of issues, using a straight-forward approach to problem solving. While I listen with empathy, I am an “active” therapist, meaning I make suggestions, give direction and homework to partner with my clients so they can solve their problems in a timely, effective manner.
