Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
Are you depressed? Stressed-out about life? Do you feel lonely and unhappy in your relationship? You may be feeling overwhelmed, worried, and hopeless, too. Maybe you’re struggling just to get through the day. And not knowing what to do to make things better can leave you confused and discouraged. Depression and anxiety can rob you of self-esteem, motivation, energy, happiness and interest in life. You can even begin to believe things that just aren’t true; that you’re worthless or a failure, that nothing you do matters, that you’ll never be happy again, and that life is hopeless. It doesn’t have to be like that! Just having someone to talk to who understands can really help. With some support and guidance, you can discover new ways of overcoming life’s challenges and difficulties, creating more fulfilling relationships, and getting more of what you want out of life. You don’t need to struggle through another day alone. I’d really like to help. Call me today at 949-715-0660 to schedule a free consultation. I’m looking forward to hearing from you. Warmly, Andrea

Are you stressed out? Do you sometimes find yourself snapping at your children? Would you describe your relationship with your husband as “distant”? Or do you feel like you are going to lose it if someone doesn’t give you a break? Being a mother, wife, or daughter can stretch us to our limits. During times like these it can feel like the world has been turned “upside down”. There is HOPE! You don’t have to figure this out alone. Let’s talk and see if I can help you make things “right side up” again.
