Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
My goal is to help you understand and change the dynamics and patterns keeping you from a satisfying relationship. Whether faced with a crisis or simply seeking marriage counseling to improve your life together, we can work to improve communication skills, manage anger, rebuild trust, stop fighting, reconnect emotionally, and develop an action plan to improve the relationship. You may be struggling with the hurt of an infidelity or an emotional affair. I commonly help couples recover from email and texting affairs or internet infidelity. You may be looking at alternatives to divorce or to reconnect sexually. We can't change the hurts of the past or the difficult situation causing you to seek help, however we can work together in a safe, therapeutic environment to heal and trust each other again. Please email me or call me to discuss your situation. I look forward to the opportunity to be of assistance.
