Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
The ancient definition of the word “therapy” means to heal. As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, it is my joy to partner with people as they experience the process of healing and becoming whole. My life-long passion has been to aid hurting people as they become restored in the broken areas and painful patterns of their lives. Working together, we can begin the process of re-building the you that you long to be – all done in an environment of safety, warmth, and compassion.

I have helped hundreds of couples recognize the hidden obstacles that cause pain in their relationship and learn the skills needed to deepen the quality of their relationship as well as resolve conflict. For over twenty five years I have been working with heterosexual and gay couples. I do not believe in a one -size- fits- all approach to therapy.
