Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
Do you find yourself arguing more with your partner/spouse? Tired of having the same arguments over & over again? Do you wonder why this isn't working? Have either of you had an affair? Have you found yourself more depressed? I can teach you how to get what you want from your partner and feel better in the process. Every day life, such as careers and children, can cause distance in a relationship. Both men and women desire closeness and intimacy but they show it differently. I specialize in men´s issues. Let me help you reconnect with your partner. Taking a solution focused approach, I help people develop coping skills to handle difficult and stressful life events. Are you able to express your feelings or do you hold them in? Teaching assertive communication, how to set limits and boundaries, manage stress and resolve conflict are my areas of expertise. Specializing in compassionate counseling,I provide short term and concise therapy. I can help you manage difficult emotions and overcome negative thinking so that you can feel more confident and create healthy, happy, and loving relationships. Please call me for a phone consultation. I look forward to talking with you.

At the core of many personal issues lie old messages of your sense of worth. Those messages conveyed to you while growing-up that minimized your self-esteem. The journey inward toward your past can often be frightening and disheartening. By slowly revisiting the wounded part of yourself, old repetitive behaviors can cease to exist. A new sense of kindness toward yourself will begin to emerge. Allow me to travel with you to discover what is buried deep inside of your soul, exploring what keeps you from becoming all that you want to be.
