Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
At our core is a loving, creative genius. What keeps us from having wonderful lives is our conditioned thoughts and feelings, which form a sort of lens through which we perceive the world. They cause low self-esteem, creative blocks, relationship problems, midlife alienation, anxiety, depression, or just confusion about our lives.

In a safe, nurturing, even fun process, I help you unlearn your self-defeating patterns and return to your true nature, which is joyful, wise, and strong. You can move forward, reclaiming all the magic of your life.

Couples: learn how to get free from frustrating struggles and nurture the precious flower of your love. Individuals: learn to stop sabotaging yourself and reclaim your power, confidence, spiritual aliveness, and capacity for deep, loving connections.

I use cognitive, Gestalt, and creative arts therapy; emotional clearing; focusing; the Enneagram; meditation; inner child work; and guided visualization to empower you to create the life you want.

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Carlsbad, CA

I provide a therapeutic environment that allows individuals and couples to explore ideas, beliefs, life experiences, thoughts and feelings that may stand in the way of being who you truly want to be. I can help point out repeating dysfunctional patterns that may exsist in relationships at home, at work and with friends and family.I teach people how to respond in their lives versus getting caught in reacting to personalities and events.
