Personal Statement:
It is my goal within my outpatient therapy practice to provide a safe, confidential environment for individuals, families and couples to experience goal-directed and supportive therapy services. I have extensive experience in treating anxiety disorders including separation anxiety and obsessive compulsive disorder, depression, dysthymia, ADHD and various mood disorders. I see clients for assistance with a variety of life stressors and issues including but not limited to; step/blended families, divorce, change of school and/or living situation, educational stressors, family relational problems, etc. My approach is gentle but direct with the ultimate goal of creating client insight and progress toward reducing and/or eliminating negative symptoms and stressors.

I am in the office in the afternoons and evenings Tuesday through Thursday.
