Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
Are you one of the many people suffering from depression, anxiety or relationship problems and don’t know where to turn… You are one phone call away to getting the individual help you need to live a happier and more meaningful life.

Throughout the years I have been working with women suffering from depression, anxiety, life transitions/stressors and relationship problems. I would like to meet with you for a free consultation to discuss your specific issues and determine the right course treatment for you.

The primary goal of therapy is to help you achieve a level functioning that you are content with, manage the on-going stressors and symptoms without relapsing and, most of all, begin enjoying your life!

I look forward to hearing from you.

At the core of many personal issues lie old messages of your sense of worth. Those messages conveyed to you while growing-up that minimized your self-esteem. The journey inward toward your past can often be frightening and disheartening. By slowly revisiting the wounded part of yourself, old repetitive behaviors can cease to exist. A new sense of kindness toward yourself will begin to emerge. Allow me to travel with you to discover what is buried deep inside of your soul, exploring what keeps you from becoming all that you want to be.
