Personal Statement:
I have years of practical experience using mindfulness to increase energy and well-being as well as reducing anxiety and depression. I enjoy teaching important life skills through many other modalities like Cognitive Behavioral and Art Therapy. I utilize Play Therapy with adults as well as children ages two and up. Therapy can be hard work, but it can also be fun and often leads to improved relationships and higher functioning in all areas of life.
