Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
I am a psychotherapist and spiritual counselor who supports and guides clients during life transitions. I have helped individuals and families deal with the debilitating challenges of anxiety, depression, and substance abuse, and with the grief processes associated with infertility, divorce and death. Offering a sacred space for these transitions has evolved through my lifelong interest in awareness practices, subtle energy dynamics and spiritual growth. In 1985, I was ordained through The Church of Divine Man, a non-denominational church dedicated to spiritual freedom, and have since trained with leading psychiatric facilities and spiritual growth organizations. Today, I have integrated my experience in multiple healing modalities and offer these in a client-centric model of deep compassion and self-care.
