Personal Statement:
I have been practicing psychotherapy for 25 years counseling individuals, couples, and families ranging from teens to seniors. I provide a blend of self-enriching concepts, practical coping strategies, and self-exploration in a safe and nurturing environment to achieve the relief and happiness you seek. My areas of expertise are in relationships, retirement lifestyles, anxiety, depression, and issue surrounding forgiveness. I offer a variety of treatment modalities from brief cognitive solution focused to longer term work, all tailored to fit your individual needs. I feel privileged to work with clients in this way and understand the importance of a having a sensitive and supportive therapist to assist you on your journey. I enjoy my professional community and have actively participated serving as vice-president and president of the LA chapter of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists. I welcome the opportunity to speak with you and hear your concerns. If we determine that I am not well suited for you, I will try to assist you in finding someone who is.
