Personal Statement:
Have you been feeling stuck in your relationship? Is communication with your partner leading to painful conflicts? are you close to throwing the towel and thinking of settling for what is or even of leaving your partner? Have you been feeling hopeless and have lost interest in the things you are normally interested in? Are you anxious, stressed, and physically drained or maybe tired of the rat race and Finding your work or life meaningless? I can help; I am a doctor in psychology and a LMFT here in San Diego. Since 2002 I have been helping hundreds of people manage their life challenges and live healthier and happier lives. I see mostly couples in difficulties, parents who are struggling and children teenagers and adults dealing with depression and anxiety. I am committed to helping you develop the personal and relational skills and strategies needed in order to build and maintain a positive, meaningful life and healthy relationships. I truly believe in the power of hope and will guide you in the process of healing and healthy living, focusing on the hope that happens as we embrace challenges and adversities.
