Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
Often, people feel frustrated because they don’t feel they have the ability to change their situation. It’s not always easy to face our problems or seek another’s help. Therapy is an opportunity to work through some of the difficult struggles life can impose on us in an atmosphere of acceptance and unconditional support.

I believe that counseling should offer a safe, confidential, caring and non-judgmental environment for individuals to work through personal life stresses in order that they might live up to their full potential and live more satisfying lives. My goal is to provide the best care for every individual through compassionate, effective and skilled counseling.

Some of my area of specialty include working with children and adolescents, grief and loss, Geriatrics, pre-marital and marital counseling, and anxiety and depression. I also provide flexible hours including weekend appointments. To schedule an appointment or obtain additional information, please contact 951.682.1163.

At the core of many personal issues lie old messages of your sense of worth. Those messages conveyed to you while growing-up that minimized your self-esteem. The journey inward toward your past can often be frightening and disheartening. By slowly revisiting the wounded part of yourself, old repetitive behaviors can cease to exist. A new sense of kindness toward yourself will begin to emerge. Allow me to travel with you to discover what is buried deep inside of your soul, exploring what keeps you from becoming all that you want to be.
