Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
I have always been fascinated with the strength of the human spirit and with our ability to evolve and thrive under many different circumstances. A variety of factors cause many to seek therapy. Whether it is because we are seeking pain relief or because life circumstances make us feel narrow and constricted, therapy is a natural response. My psychotherapy training and long-term practice of yoga and meditation, and life experiences have made me an expert on life transitions. Expressive arts therapy is one of the tools that I can use to help you create personal integration and experience more authenticity. Choosing from many modalities we can find the therapy that works best for you. The result will be finding the balance of mind, body and spirit that will greatly improve the quality of your functioning. Having a guide will help you to reframe, move through and sanctify these important passages.
