Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
You may have been considering therapy for some time or perhaps you are facing a transition in your life, either way it can be a difficult choice to make. I believe therapy is a collaborative process to explore what is hidden, meaningful, and to relieve painful feelings. By creating a supportive, non-judgmental, engaging, environment I provide the space for individuals to unearth self-defeating patterns and enable them to detangle emotional knots through introspection. Upon self-reflection and contemplation, I feel that there is an opportunity to develop fresh insight and clarity. My approach is to work relationally while bringing a depth view that engages curiosity about who you are. I believe that you are the expert in your own life. I listen to what is being said and am interested in the parts of yourself that remain hidden.
