Personal Statement:
Bonnie blends evidenced based practices such as Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with Spirituality and has further developed a passion for cutting edge Research in the field of Neuroscience and recently added LENS Neurofeedback to her repertoire of services - potentially providing relief for aggravated symptoms of the central nervous system such as: ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, OCD, PTSD and Traumatic Brain Injuries and Chronic Pain to name a few. Personal Statement: I am a multi-cultural aware practitioner who believes in an LGBTQ+ affirming therapy model. I welcome all spectrums of gender identity, sexuality, spirituality, blended families, divorced families and poly families. I have experience working with adopted families, foster families and persons identifying as gender fluid.

Offering Individual Psychotherapy and LENS Neurofeedback to children, Adolescents and Adults: Therapeutic specialties are working with the ADHD, Depression and Anxiety spectrum including PTSD. My style of therapy is Logotherapy, or “Meaning-based” therapy, which is a form of Client Centered, Humanistic-Existential talk therapy, designed to assist the individual or family member(s) find his, her or their own meaning in life. With children I utilizes Sand Play, Play Therapy and act as Advocate and Collateral Team Member with educational partners, parents, doctors, psychiatrists, etc.
