Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
You deserve a happy, healthy life. Life and relationships can be increasingly painful, yet it is difficult to reach out for help. The longer we put off getting help, the worse things can become. I am here to support your growth and help you make needed changes. It is possible to learn to stop life patterns that keep us in a cycle of unhappiness. I confront in a gentle way so that you can begin to learn how to change those patterns. I utilize experiential, expressive, and traditional therapies to treat a wide range of issues. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Thought Field Therapy. I help individuals, couples, families, adults, adolescents and children to improve lives through the use of a variety of individualized therapeutic tools. I provide a safe and caring environment so that the difficulty of starting therapy is overcome and you can experience real growth. Welcome to Cardiff Counseling Center, Bonnie J. Rumble, MFT.

Barbara Witney, MA
Donna Yorke, M.A.

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Temecula, CA

I’ve been in private practice in Temecula since 1990. I work with individuals, couples and families on a variety of issues, using a straight-forward approach to problem solving. While I listen with empathy, I am an “active” therapist, meaning I make suggestions, give direction and homework to partner with my clients so they can solve their problems in a timely, effective manner.
