Would you like to find the resources you need for healing and growth in the face of life's inevitable and unexplainable setbacks, hurts and losses? You can bounce back and learn to do life and relationships in ways that bring personal peace, future hope, and satisfying relationships. This is done by taking growth steps that lead to making good choices for self care, life goals, and healthy relationships. I use and approach that is integrated with the psychological, relational, and spiritual dimensions of life. I can help you get into a growth process that will move you out of a stuck place and onto a path that connects to the real desires of your heart.
