I combine my background in health and wellness and many years of work on the cutting edge of Esalen Institute with sounds therapeutic principles. My intention I to hear you, and guide you in finding your own transition and resolution. I emphasize the principle “To tame a wild horse; give him a big pasture,” as we center in on developmental issues, communication skills, trauma, release and increased joy in your life.
