Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
Therapy is a wise investment in yourself and in those you love. You can overcome the challenges you're facing now and feel much better and stronger. It's more important than ever to function at your strongest and your best, and I encourage you to have hope. Things can be significantly improved and you can feel good again. In our work together I'll listen carefully and encourage you to share the thoughts and feelings you've been holding onto. I am also very interactive, and will ask questions, offer insights and feedback, and answer questions you have about what you're going through. Together we'll determine how best to address the issues and chart a course forward. Please feel free to call or email me with any questions, or for a free 30-min phone consultation. I'm here to help.

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Pasadena, CA 91101

I am a Marriage and Family therapist in private practice. I work with individuals, couples, and families in short and long-term psychotherapy. We work together to explore memories of the relational dynamics of the individual’s family, the feelings those dynamics created for the individual as a child, and how the individual now relates to those feelings and memories.
