Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
One of the most satisfying joys of being a therapist is witnessing clients moving away from their suffering and stuckness, and closer to a more satisfying, fulfilled, healthy and whole way of living. I believe that you hold the answers to your questions, have the ability to connect with your own wisdom, healing and bliss, and are the ultimate expert in your therapeutic journey. I am simply the guide and witness of the process. I help individuals, children and their families to understand and heal from the hurt or trauma that we experience on this journey of life. My approach is client-centered, compassionate and always honors your unique experience. The work that we do together is collaborative. Ultimately, we will strive for a deeper understanding of the issues so that you can discover more insight into the strategies and problem solving most beneficial for you.
