Personal Statement:
Have you been struggling with feelings of anxiety or loss or sadness? Do you have questions and concerns about relationships with a spouse or a partner or a child? Psychotherapy can offer a path to change and personal growth. We will engage in a conversation that will be shaped by you and your own unique goals and hopes for the future. I will be provide support for your self-discovery and healing, looking for what is going right in your life and encouraging experimentation toward something new. I work with anxiety, depression, relationship problems, and parenting problems. I help adults to move into a time of change and experimentation on their own path towards increasing the meaning, love, and fun in their lives. I strive to bring kindness, genuineness and humor into the room and I use a variety of approaches including Mindfulness-based Psychotherapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I applaud your courage in taking this step to find the right partner on your journey towards hope and a new future.
