Personal Statement:
In my private practice I specialize in working with people of any age who want to improve their lives and relationships to reach their goals and highest potential. One of my passions is helping women overcome food and body image issues. My training and experience include treating trauma, abuse, low self-esteem and depression. My practice also focuses on helping individuals, couples, and families achieve better relationships and overcome long-standing patterns that stand in the way of having healthy, connected relationships.
