Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist MFC 51585 in Campbell, CA. I have a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from San Jose State University, along with a bachelor's in Psychology and Child Development from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. Since 2005, I have worked with children, teens and families in various clinical settings including foster care, mental health agencies, community clinics, schools, and private practice. I am a life-long resident of the South Bay Area and devoted to this wonderful community. My approach to psychotherapy is client-centered and strength based. I incorporate behavioral interventions with psychodynamic, expressive art and mindfulness practices. I am passionate about working with children and adolescents, but see individuals of all ages in my practice. I have tremendous respect and admiration for my clients and feel grateful to be a part of their personal growth.
