Personal Statement:
I have been in the mental health field for over 29 years with the last 20 years an owner and Clinical Director of Counseling Resource Center in Agoura Hills. I also present seminars and workshops to businesses, schools and the community on stress management , wellness and mental health tools. I am an Integrative Body Psychotherapist (IBP) Certified Practitioner and Teacher, Certified Professional Coach and Certified Biofeedback Specialist (CBS), specializing in cutting-edge Body Psychotherapy, trauma, stress reduction and biofeedback. I provide support and innovative therapeutic interventions to help my clients relieve physical and psychological pain and resolve troublesome behavior patterns so they can have a healthy relationship with themselves and others
