Personal Statement:
Trust and collaboration are the foundation of a successful therapeutic relationship. Together Dr. Ray and her clients will explore feelings and thought patterns and focus on identifying areas in their life they would like to change. Psychotherapy is a personal process in which one can better understand oneself and relationships to others. Most comforting to Dr. Ray’s clients is her easygoing, comfortable style of interacting. Clients report that she is easy to talk to and genuinely attuned to their needs. Her approach is positive, affirming and nurturing, and because she has worked with people with such a wide variety of issues and backgrounds, she has incredible compassion and empathy.
