Personal Statement:
If you or a loved one is experiencing a problem or difficult life situation, you may be searching for answers and directed solutions from a professional, experienced counselor who can accurately understand the challenges you are facing. For over a decade, Carol Gulyas has helped individuals, couples and families resolve immediate problems while learning new and better ways to function in the future, both alone and in relationships.

Carol has been an educator since 1970, with experience teaching at every grade level including graduate school and special education. While relating in a warm, caring and safe environment, an effective therapist must be able to diagnose problems, identify issues, prioritize concerns, and, while teaching and "coaching," help individuals co-construct satisfactory solutions to present issues while learning new skills for future goals.
