Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
Within each of us lies a source of great wisdom. Our experience of pain and suffering, life transitions, and confusing circumstances make it difficult to connect with contentment. I hold the awareness of your wholeness, and assist you in finding your way out of suffering and into greater clarity.

My compassionate nature and non-judgmental attitude allows you to explore and discover your strengths. My intention is to assist you in making choices that create a sense of well-being and empowerment, and co-create awareness that continues to unfold into your life.

Working as an RN in the field of birth, death and in an integrative setting at the Chopra Center have given me a versatile field of experience. I have a profound respect for what can occur as we move from chaos to a place of deeper insight, allowing our inner wisdom to be our guide, rediscovering our wholeness.

Featured Therapist

Barbara Witney, MA
Donna Yorke, M.A.

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Temecula, CA

I’ve been in private practice in Temecula since 1990. I work with individuals, couples and families on a variety of issues, using a straight-forward approach to problem solving. While I listen with empathy, I am an “active” therapist, meaning I make suggestions, give direction and homework to partner with my clients so they can solve their problems in a timely, effective manner.
