Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
I have been providing psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults and families in the San Francisco Bay Area since 1999. In a non-judgmental, supportive and safe environment, I invite my clients to take risks and explore their challenges wholeheartedly to help understand their issues, gain awareness and ultimately obtain the tools to lead an empowered life. I believe in the power of playfulness and humor – which has allowed me the ability to connect with children, teens and adults alike in a non-threatening manner. I specialize in issues related to grief, loss, trauma, mood disorders, life transitions and parenting challenges. My office is located in downtown Half Moon Bay, CA. I offer one free 30-minute phone consultation to help determine if we are the right fit: 650.455.2547.
