Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
Feel like you are in a Life Transition? I share USER-FRIENDLY methods and techniques to work through and to view emotional challenges from a practical, problem-solving perspective. People are waking up. I will help with Clarity, Experience, and Compassion. See how psychological/emotional issues turn out to be the foundation for real Spiritual Work. This gentle work is short-term and outcome-oriented when requested. Our work together releases your ability to respond to your own true needs. Any experience can be used to benefit us. Experience evolves us when we make it useful. Psychotherapy, Hypnotherapy, NLP, EMDR, Somatic Experience, Traumatic Debriefing, Cognitive Restructuring. Traumatic Debriefing, Communication Skills, Jungian, Transpersonal Overviews, Insight-Oriented and Inquiry are ways we can work together. In my 13 year Television Show I shared E/W Psychological Theories of Personality, Emotions, Suffering, Jungian Astrology, Yoga, Kinesiology. Inquiry and Mind/Body Release Techniques are shared and taught in sessions. You will be surprised that you can learn how to change a challenging emotion or experience to an easy one. Learn how to see through the illusion of your story and your perceptions. Reprogram for an easier life!

At the core of many personal issues lie old messages of your sense of worth. Those messages conveyed to you while growing-up that minimized your self-esteem. The journey inward toward your past can often be frightening and disheartening. By slowly revisiting the wounded part of yourself, old repetitive behaviors can cease to exist. A new sense of kindness toward yourself will begin to emerge. Allow me to travel with you to discover what is buried deep inside of your soul, exploring what keeps you from becoming all that you want to be.
