Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
In practice now for over twenty years, every day I have more and more trust in the capacity for healing, wholeness and integrity within each of us. The potential for healing exists despite trauma, crisis, pain, illness, divorce, depression, disabilities, loss, life transitions and whatever wounds life has inflicted upon us. The therapy I do, whether brief or long term, is to help the individual get back to center. Through sandplay, play therapy, dream work, and talk therapy; with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families, I find the work of therapy is the work of finding your way back to wholeness. While life has given me personally tremendous challenges, I believe that we all have the capacity for healing. I am the author of numerous books and articles on sandplay therapy, mind and body, trauma, and women at midlife transition. Please visit www.psychceu.com for more information Thank You

I am in private practice, delivering telemedicine via Skype and FaceTime or by phone. My area of special emphasis is helping people improve their important relationships, and working with my clients to decrease and stop depression. If you are reading this, chances are one or more of your important relationshps are not working very well. Whether it's difficulty with a partner or spouse, teens or parents, friends or co-workers, a troubled relationship is painful.
