Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
Do you want to feel whole and make different choices? Are you stuck, not knowing how to create change? Whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, sexuality struggles, eating disorders or difficulties in your relationships, I would be honored to be a resource in your healing journey. As your therapist, I would join with you in a process of exploring your struggles in such a way that we uncover and process unmet needs, losses, fears and desires for connection. This profound journey -- of being seen and cared for in the deeper parts of the self -- can produce a deep joy and renewed creativity.

About My Practice

Office Hours
Monday through Thursday.
Evening hours available.
Services
I specialize in helping people understand how their patterns of relating that began in childhood continue to impact our current relationships with self, others, work, life, God. Understanding how and why we repeat the past can open up the possibility of doing something different in the present.

Integration of Christian spirituality and psychology is an area of focus. This integration provides a holistic approach for clients who desire it. My clients often desire to grow emotionally and spiritually in such a way that their relationship with God becomes a greater resource in their process. I also help clients recover from negative spiritual experiences and beliefs.

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Carlsbad, CA

I provide a therapeutic environment that allows individuals and couples to explore ideas, beliefs, life experiences, thoughts and feelings that may stand in the way of being who you truly want to be. I can help point out repeating dysfunctional patterns that may exsist in relationships at home, at work and with friends and family.I teach people how to respond in their lives versus getting caught in reacting to personalities and events.
