Personal Statement:
Do you sometimes feel that no one really hears you? Would you like to safely open up and have someone truly listen while you feel supported? If yes, then come, talk with me. I will listen as we explore your life events and relationships and provide you with new insight. Whether working with adults, teens, couples, or families, my goal is to support and enlighten you. We will examine your values, self-image, expectations, and relationships that shape who you are, affect the ways you react and the decisions you make. I will guide and support you as you set and achieve your goals, face major life events and transitions, and improve your life.
