Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
Do you feel you have lost yourself through grief or a sudden change? Are you wondering how things will ever be the same again after this loss in your life? I'd like to help. Whether this loss took place recently or long ago, now is the time to free yourself from this hurt. My passion is to provide a healing experience for you to fully and completely grieve and live the full, joyful life you deserve. Grief can come into our lives in many forms. Here are some examples: loss of a relationship, pet loss, infertility, financial change, your teen moving to college, divorce, spiritual crisis, loss of health, or ending addition. I wonder if any of these losses have resonated at some point for you. Many do not have the courage to seek lasting help in the way you just have by going online and researching some options. I invite you to take that next step and call me. I would love to hear from you and be a part of your healing journey.

At the core of many personal issues lie old messages of your sense of worth. Those messages conveyed to you while growing-up that minimized your self-esteem. The journey inward toward your past can often be frightening and disheartening. By slowly revisiting the wounded part of yourself, old repetitive behaviors can cease to exist. A new sense of kindness toward yourself will begin to emerge. Allow me to travel with you to discover what is buried deep inside of your soul, exploring what keeps you from becoming all that you want to be.
