Personal Statement:
Chuck Kurgan, MA, LMFT, has been a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since 1992. In California he worked with the Long Beach Alcohol and Drug Program as Supervisor and developed the Dual Diagnosis Program for Star View Community Services. As Counselor and Spiritual Advisor, he was employed by The Meadows in Wickenburg, AZ., trained in the Model of Pia Mellody, and worked to help patients learn to live with/cope and resolve problems of addiction, spiritual crisis, PTSD, trauma, loss, family of origin issues, daily stress, sexual identity and relationship issues.
