Personal Statement:
Do you have any difficult relationships in your life? Do you ever feel anxious, sad or just feel stuck? Are you observing your child or teen having difficulties in school, socially or at home? Have you tried to help yourself or your child but feel you are in need of more support? I provide a gentle approach to counseling in a non-judgmental, safe and empathetic environment. My focus is on helping you help yourself. We work together to sort out issues that are bothering you.

I see individuals, couples and families. Some of my specialties include, children, adolescents, ADHD, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues and parenting issues.
