Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
I help patients find solutions to problems they are experiencing. They learn tools to overcome depression, anxiety, and stress, and they are facilitated in stopping the inappropriate use of food, alcohol, and drugs. Parents and stepparents learn skills to become more effective parents. Patients gain more satisfaction and growth within themselves and their personal and professional relationships. Individuals are given the opportunity to develop insights that enhance their ability to feel more confident and be more productive by setting goals to achieve positive results and outcomes. Children and adolescents learn to improve their relationship with themselves and how to build better social and interpersonal relationships. I welcome individuals, couples, and families of all ages.

Are you stressed out? Do you sometimes find yourself snapping at your children? Would you describe your relationship with your husband as “distant”? Or do you feel like you are going to lose it if someone doesn’t give you a break? Being a mother, wife, or daughter can stretch us to our limits. During times like these it can feel like the world has been turned “upside down”. There is HOPE! You don’t have to figure this out alone. Let’s talk and see if I can help you make things “right side up” again.
